We have carefully studied the process of sales and found several incomprehensible and unreasonable things. Today we are announcing an alternative sale mechanism that is more convenient and simple.
What’s the difference?
- You choose the amount you want to invest. We have limited only the minimum and maximum value of the investment.
- No whitelists or lotteries. You get exactly as many tokens as you want and whenever you want. Furthermore, you can deposit money as many times as you want, rising your total allocation.
- FCFS (First come first served). The PNLg Pool and Lottery Pool are fair mechanisms to determine allocation winners, but they are only useful while the total sale goal is relatively small. We are rising the maximum sale goal to $50k and making it available for a larger group of investors. Though now you have to be fast enough, we assume that everyone who is truly determined to have a piece of the pie will have a nearly 100% chance to do so manually.
- PNL holders still have benefits. PNL holders receive exclusive investment rights. The rest of the investors will be able to enter the project at the final stage of the sale if such an opportunity remains. Note, that ONLY wallets connected to TruePNL Launchpad which received PNLg at least once are eligible. We haven’t set any PNL holding thresholds at least now, so you can have even 1PNL on your wallet to have an allocation.
- Same claiming experience. After the sale is completed, tokens can be claimed on our platform in one click. Same as with the AnyPad Sale.
When new IDO?
The first Vested Sale will be announced today, September 16.
Will I have a chance to get an allocation if I’m not a PNL owner?
Seems quite possible. In case PNL holders won’t buy the whole allocation closer to the sale end.
Will I be able to invest using BNB/BUSD/ETH etc?
No. We will use BEP20 USDT as the payment token.
Will I have a chance to invest if I buy PNL after the sale start?
We’re going to prioritize the new PNL holders above the non-holder persons.
Users with PNL acquired before September 14th will have the opportunity first, then all the new holders, then everyone else.

What will happen to PNLg Pools or Lottery Pools?
Nothing. They will be still used for allocation access in our further projects.
